Job Requirement

Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day activities on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Content Strategy: Brainstorm and create a content calendar (ideas, visuals, and themes) to increase engagement.

Content Creation: Write compelling captions, research trending hashtags, and write SEO-friendly content for the website.

Meta Ads Management: Setup, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to generate leads or awareness.

Community Engagement: Reply to comments and messages to build a community around the brand.

Analytics: Track the performance of posts and ads and report on what is working.
Job Qualification

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Excellent Copywriting skills (English).

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Insta Ads).

Familiarity with social media tools (Canva, Business Suite, etc.).

Soft Skills: Creative thinker, ability to multitask, and good time management.
